The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager will be a vital element of the organization, collaborating with corporate teams and managers as well as external agency collaborators to ensure that community involvement programs are delivered on schedule and on cost using agreed-upon tasks and workflows
• Accountable for implementing integrated, rapid programs that involve communities in locally based, nationwide outreach and educational projects, involving supervision of workstream goals, finances, and activities
• Collaborate directly alongside the project team to ensure that project status is communicated in a timely manner so that possible concerns and opportunities throughout or linked to the project can be identified
• Analyze all main outputs within a broad range of marcom deliverables to make sure excellence requirements and client needs are fulfilled
• Provides daily reports on all account operations, especially assignment progress and inquiries every week
• Support in the development and management of project timelines in order to guarantee that all work is completed on schedule and on cost
• Overseas program finances in collaboration with Account Managers and Director

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in event management in agency setting

• Salary range: $3300 to $3600
