Personal Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a personal assistant for the Director and family members.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
- Assist in HR related matters
- In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director matters
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
- Attend to personal matters for Director and extended family members
- Ensure that drivers are arranged for the family members when required.
- To run personal errands for Director extended family members when required including purchases of items
- Act as a house keeper / butler by ensuring house tidiness & cleanliness, scheduling house maintenance, meal prep, management of maids & personal driver schedule, planning and arrangement for travel (flights and hotel), prepare documents for visa applications where required)
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in personal assistant roles
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, administrative tasks, and interpersonal interactions.
- Work Location: Central area (Nearest MRT: Redhill)
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, can be flexible upon mutual agreement
- Flexibility to travel when needed
