Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore, including document delivery, shopping assistance, and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to sell their service to B2B clients.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on generating new business by selling the companies' dispatch app service. You will develop strategies to promote the service and build strong client relationships to drive sales and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target B2B clients, including law firms and financial institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the dispatch app service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and track business development metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in services or tech solutions.
- Experience selling to industries with document dispatch needs (e.g., law firms, financial institutions).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
