Administration & Parents Relation Principal or Vice Principal

 Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Admin and Parent Relations Principal/Vice Principal to oversee the administrative and operational functions of a preschool. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the center leader with enrolment, financial management, parent relations, marketing efforts, estate management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administration, including preparing management reports, updating government subsidies, maintaining customer records, and ensuring proper documentation
  • Support the center leader in meeting enrolment and revenue targets by overseeing financial operations, budgeting, revenue collection, and financial reporting.
  • Handle customer relations and services, including engagement, enrolment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as government bodies, community partners, and local committees.
  • Assist in human resource management for non-teaching staff, including manpower planning, engagement, professional development, and general HR administration.
  • Oversee estate management, ensuring the upkeep of facilities, cleanliness, health, and safety measures.
  • Implement and maintain security and safety protocols, including emergency preparedness.
  • Provide logistical support for school events, open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and excursions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service officers, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. A Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma in Leadership is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
