Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
Our client is a global enterprise in the entertainment industry based in Singapore. The role of a TA Specialist involves recruitment specifically for the Singapore office and entails digital, tech, communications, creative and corporate support positions.
Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition support for various functions including management and support staff
- Source for and screen candidates for internal job vacancies
- Perform due diligence activities throughout the recruitment process
- Work with professional headhunters on high quality leads
- Lead onboarding process for every new hire
- Maintain a network of passive job seekers relevant to present and future job openings
- Deliver timely and accurate job requisition
- Maintain daily activity report for periodic management alignment
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR/related field
- Min 3-5 years as an in-house TA, preferably in tech startups and MNCs
- Excellent track record in in-house TA role
- Candidates with TA experience in recruitment agencies may apply as well
- Bubbly and energetic personality
- Open to Singapore Citizen only
Additional Information:
- 5 day work week (office hour/flexible)
- Near Paya Lebar MRT
- Salary commensurate with experience
