The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for a wide range of positions, including senior management, technical roles, manufacturing roles, and both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions, ensuring the selection of top talent that meets the clients needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the client and internal teams.
• Support the completion of the RPO project with high-quality hires within the agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an RPO environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes for a wide range of roles, including senior management, technical, and manufacturing positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
