Admin (Training) Executive

 Job Description:

Our client is in the education industry, and looking for a training / admin executive to assist with administrative and training support for their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall delivery of learning and development programs
  • Provide support in administrative duties
  • Maintain records of training activities and participants' progress
  • Generate training reports and audit records as requested
  • Monitor and collate results for Training Evaluation
  • Adhoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least GCE A Level qualification or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
  • Previous experience with database software is a plus.
