Customer service executive

 Job Description:

Our client is a leading Logistics, Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain company based in Singapore, and is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support its operation.

Job description:

  • Customer service department assistance reporting to team manager
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently are required
  • Must be passionate about learning and willing to accept the task given
  • Knowledge of air and sea logistics will be advantageous.
  • To take care of all air and sea bookings
  • To liaise with air and sea carrier
  • To liaise with customers
  • To manage all work related to sea documentation, such as bookings, bl, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum gce o level
  • Able to write and speak good english
  • Able to use and handle microsoft office and all emails
  • Residing at the east zone like tampines, bedok, pasir ris, hougang and sengkang



Additional Information:

  • 5 days week from 0900 to 1800 hours
  • Bus service: 9 from bedok interchange, 19 from tampines interchange and 89 from hougang/sengkang via pasir ris interchange
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Salary range: 2k to 2.5k
