Our client is an engineering solutions provider committed to elevating infrastructure access, maintenance, and safety across urban landscapes. As we expand our footprint and projects across Asia, we are seeking a capable and driven Business Associate to support our operations and drive strategic initiatives.

We are looking for a highly motivated and business-savvy individual to join our team as a Business Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions, managing projects, and supporting business growth through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of strategic business development initiatives and partnerships across regional markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and operational improvements.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, preparing pitch materials, and supporting contract negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance) to coordinate project timelines and resource planning.
  • Develop business decks, financial models, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project KPIs and generate regular business reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in business consulting, investment, corporate strategy, or operations, preferably within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Korean/Japanese/English) would be an added advantage.
