Senior HR Executive
Job Description:
Our client specializes in offering AI solutions to industrial companies. It is now looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage the HR matters and promote a positive employee experience within the workplace. This is a hybrid working position.
General HR and policy management:
- Manage payroll and all employee-related matters such as leave entitlements, comps & benefits etc
- Manage all work pass related matters
- Keep up to date and manage government surveys, grants and claims.
- Create new HR policies & procedures when needed to improve the organization
- Analyze employee data to manage benefits, salary review exercises and employee performance. Facilitate performance appraisals
- Be the point of contact on HR matters such as policy clarification, benefits administration, training & development, grievance handling, employee disciplinary issues, counseling, etc.
Talent Acquisition:
- Plan and execute the entire recruitment process via various recruitment channels
- Facilitate activities for potential candidate selection including shortlisting, interviewing, benchmarking, and offering of contracts.
Onboarding & Retention:
- Manage and prepare all preboarding, onboarding, and operational paperwork, schedules, and filing.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding proces to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with new hires as part of employee experience process
- Influence and provide best practices to align employees with organizational goals.
- Create effective ways to measure and assess employee engagement
- Monitor and manage employee KPI, and define strategies for improvement and management
- Plan and conduct employee engagements activities/programs
- Review compensation & benefits and provide recommendations to management in line with industry comparisons.
- Execute exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Additional:
- Ensure all revenue, costs, receivables, and payables are managed on time.
- Assist external parties including corporate secretary, tax agent and external auditors on ACRA filing, income tax matters and computations and year-end audits and preparation of monthly reports
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and equivalent in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of successful HR generalist and professional experience managing employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Proven track record of developing, driving, and delivering against implementation plans.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic start-up environment.
