Share Registrar Officer
Job Description:
Our client is a corporate secretarial and accounting firm serving both local and multinational companies in Singapore and they are looking for Share Registrar Officer.
Job descriptions
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our clients, their critical contacts and industry
- Maintain an excellent standard of client care by interacting with and engaging them on a regular basis
- Keep track of engagements with clients
- Respond to client inquiries and handle all SRS-related documents supplied, confirming that faults, inaccuracies, and omissions are addressed and resolved as soon as possible
- Acquire, inspect, organize, document, and handle all papers obtained from partners, lodging providers, or SRS Client Services in compliance with protocols
- Execute corporate activities, transactions, duplicate checks/certificates, proxy ballots, and various additional orders from clients
- Support in the evaluation of procedures in order to discover areas for ongoing development
- Ascertain that all tasks are completed in accordance with the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with various coworkers to satisfy corporate production requirements and maintain a reliable system process
- Follow the rules and regulations of the organization and the business
- Execute any additional tasks or assignments which may be allocated occasionally
Requirements
- At least GCE ‘N’ levels is required
- At least 1 year of experience in Share registry or Client services
- Capable to collaborate with team
- Results oriented
- Ability to solve problems
- Able to complete tasks within deadline
- Strong communication and written skills
- Good knowledge of SGX listings, CDP rules, Securities and Future Act
- Strong knowledge of SRS systems and applications
- Strong knowledge of MS office and project management skills
