The Project Management Executive will coordinate and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns from project initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Monitor project timelines and workflows using tools such as ClickUp to ensure transparency and efficient task management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth communication throughout project execution.
• Allocate tasks effectively to internal teams such as designers, copywriters, and developers to maintain balanced workloads.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical standards before submission to clients.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and assist in preparing monthly performance reports and insights.
• Identify potential project risks and provide solutions to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet objectives.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO practices.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing project briefs, timelines, documentation, and meeting notes.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
