About the Role
Our client is a growing events and experiential agency specializing in corporate events, retail brand activations, and premium brand experiences. They are looking for a hands-on Events Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning through production and on-site execution.
This role goes beyond traditional event coordination. You will manage physical builds, carpentry and fabrication, booth installations, event layouts, and premium merchandise production, ensuring every deliverable meets the client's expectations and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of corporate events, experiential campaigns, and retail brand projects.
- Coordinate physical production, including carpentry, fabrication, exhibition booths, and event installations.
- Review and coordinate layout plans, technical drawings, materials, finishes, and production specifications.
- Oversee premium merchandise, corporate gifts, and branded merchandise production locally and overseas.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct on-site supervision, overseeing setup, installation, event execution, and dismantling where required.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure all deliverables comply with client brand guidelines.
- Proactively resolve production and operational challenges while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with physical production, carpentry, fabrication, booth builds, or event installations.
- Experience managing suppliers and production of premium merchandise, corporate gifts, or branded products.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and execution.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and remain composed under pressure.
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to take ownership from planning through completion.
Added Advantage
- Experience working with luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium retail brands.
- Exposure to regional projects or overseas production, particularly in China.
- Familiarity with production drawings, materials sourcing, fabrication processes, and installation logistics.
