Job Description


  • Oversee and scrutinized financial reports accurately in a timely manner to ensure compliance to accounting standards and meet specific regulatory deadlines
  • Presenting monthly financial reports to Management.
  • Prepare and present half-yearly financial reports to the Management to summarize the financial performance and analysis.
  • Provide monthly accounting reports to the management.
  • Oversee cash flow reports and monitoring of company’s banking activities to conduct projections.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to develop investor relations.
  • Develop and align financial budgets and plans to overall organizational strategies, and monitor budget outcomes on a quarterly basis to ensure that resources are used for their intended purposes and are accounted for.
  • Working with internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work with business development department and provide financial analysis to facilitate business development performance evaluation
  • Monitoring of banking activities
  • Support company investment opportunities  
  • Validating external financial analyses and conducting necessary due diligence
  • Build strong investor relations and communicate with financial analysts, shareholders, investors, Stock Exchange and financial institutions.
  • Minimize corporate tax liabilities through effective tax planning by taking advantage of various tax incentives, reliefs and grants available
  • Review corporate and GST taxation submissions to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Work with tax agents for submissions to IRAS

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • 6 years of financial and/or accounting management
  • Experience with listed companies
