Accounts Assistant

 Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our finance and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, handling administrative tasks, and supporting people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

  • Help manage payroll processing and monthly statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate records for HR and finance files

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and documents

  • Coordinate staff leave records and claims

  • Perform general admin and support tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, HR, or related field

  • 12 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Familiar with MS Excel and basic accounting software

  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

  • Willingness to learn and support multiple functions

  • Work from office in Cheras
