Senior Principal
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Principal to lead and oversee the operations of a preschool campus. This role requires a strong academic and operational leader to ensure high standards in curriculum delivery, staff performance, and overall campus management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of campus operations, ensuring effective day-to-day functioning across academic and administrative teams
- Lead and manage a large team of educators, academic leaders, and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching, professionalism, and student support.
- Oversee the implementation and quality assurance of the academic programme to ensure effective curriculum delivery and strong learning outcomes.
- Monitor student progress and learning outcomes, working closely with teaching teams to support differentiated instruction and continuous academic improvement.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment that promotes students holistic development and wellbeing.
- Manage campus administration including student enrolment planning, budgeting, manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational oversight.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication, engagement initiatives, and campus events.
- Drive staff professional development, mentoring, and performance management to strengthen teaching quality and leadership capabilities within the campus.
- Ensure effective reporting, documentation, and operational updates to management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme quality, operational efficiency, and the overall student experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the education sector, including at least 4–5 years in a leadership or principal-level role.
- Experience managing large student populations.
- Prior experience in managing a large centre with at least 300 student enrolment size
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, academic management, and education best practices.
- Proven leadership ability in managing large teams and complex campus operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education and a strong commitment to student development and academic excellence.
