About the job Administrative Officer
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- The primary duty of the administrative assistant, who answers to the General Manager, is to support the team on a daily basis with administrative tasks.
- Give the technical team administrative support.
- Taking calls
- Data entry, coordination, and filing of pertinent documentation
- Create presentation materials and frequent vessel inspection reports.
- Make travel and ship inspection plans.
- Monitor invoices for submission to the accounts department and supervise reimbursement claims.
- Get letters ready for delivery.
- Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as given
Job Requirements:
- Experience in administration for one to two years is ideal.
- A minimum of an ITE, diploma, or A-level
