- Ensure a smooth interface and execution amongst clients for effective project delivery.
- Take overall responsibility for the commercial and operational management of FPSO projects.
- Examine and improve current operational processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
- Handle project logistics, including coordinating road, air, sea, or other modes of transportation;
- Manage quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, and execution of shipments from door to door;
- Encourage and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance;
- Lead and mentor the project team, offering guidance and support;
- Bid for new tenders and RFPs issued by clients to expand business opportunities;
- Monitor and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of projects;
- Evaluate suppliers' and subcontractors' performance to guarantee high-quality services.
- Analyze the timetable, quality, and performance of suppliers.
- Keep a strong emphasis on safety and encourage a safe working environment for all team members.
- Constantly strive to reduce the environmental impact of projects based on established targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Estimate and project financial developments to ensure projects are financially viable.
- Provide management with monthly reports regarding project status and financial performance.
- Participate in the development and documentation of E&P processes, including change management.
- Ensure the operational team has the necessary resources available to meet project requirements.
