  • Ensure a smooth interface and execution amongst clients for effective project delivery.
  • Take overall responsibility for the commercial and operational management of FPSO projects.
  • Examine and improve current operational processes and procedures for increased efficiency. 
  • Handle project logistics, including coordinating road, air, sea, or other modes of transportation; 
  • Manage quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, and execution of shipments from door to door;
  • Encourage and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance; 
  • Lead and mentor the project team, offering guidance and support; 
  • Bid for new tenders and RFPs issued by clients to expand business opportunities; 
  • Monitor and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of projects;
  • Evaluate suppliers' and subcontractors' performance to guarantee high-quality services. 
  • Analyze the timetable, quality, and performance of suppliers. 
  • Keep a strong emphasis on safety and encourage a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Constantly strive to reduce the environmental impact of projects based on established targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to support company growth. 
  • Estimate and project financial developments to ensure projects are financially viable. 
  • Provide management with monthly reports regarding project status and financial performance. 
  • Participate in the development and documentation of E&P processes, including change management.
  • Ensure the operational team has the necessary resources available to meet project requirements.
