About the job Customer Service Executive (Johor, Malaysia)

  • Contacts and customer relationship activity are updated in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Contract management and quotation/agreement preparation
  • Respond to client questions and requests for relevant information
  • Set up a courier or collaborator to collect samples, monitor sample testing, and reporting.
  • Plan the delivery of the goods or the sample kit.
  • Projects preparing invoices for the accounting team
  • When the job is finished, submit the application for an invoice to the account.
  • Admin works and assists the sales team by completing out forms, creating reports, and preparation for meetings, presentations, trade exhibitions, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possess a foundation in business and an understanding of business procedures
  • Superb member of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and possess a strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Possess strong presentation and communication abilities; be able to communicate both internally and externally
  • Capacity to operate autonomously by organising and arranging one's own tasks
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Capable of multitasking
  • IT literate, having worked with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
  • Extensively organised
  • Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks
  • Capable of embracing and implementing the "team before self" mentality
