About the job Customer Service Executive (Johor, Malaysia)
- Contacts and customer relationship activity are updated in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Contract management and quotation/agreement preparation
- Respond to client questions and requests for relevant information
- Set up a courier or collaborator to collect samples, monitor sample testing, and reporting.
- Plan the delivery of the goods or the sample kit.
- Projects preparing invoices for the accounting team
- When the job is finished, submit the application for an invoice to the account.
- Admin works and assists the sales team by completing out forms, creating reports, and preparation for meetings, presentations, trade exhibitions, etc.
Requirements:
- Possess a foundation in business and an understanding of business procedures
- Superb member of the team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and possess a strong command of both written and spoken English
- Possess strong presentation and communication abilities; be able to communicate both internally and externally
- Capacity to operate autonomously by organising and arranging one's own tasks
- Self-driven and proactive
- Capable of multitasking
- IT literate, having worked with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Extensively organised
- Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks
- Capable of embracing and implementing the "team before self" mentality
