Provisions Purchaser (Ship Chandler)

• Full range of order processing duties, including inquiries, quotes, orders, and invoices
• Pricing negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Close coordination with the warehouse and suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery
• Customer relationship management; quick and accurate typing abilities
• Assistance to the sales team with data entry and document processing

Requirements:

• Strong background in food and beverage, hotel catering, and provision;
• Relevant experience in the ship chandler industry preferred;
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Advantageous
• Familiarity with Navision
• Capable of working under continual time constraints
