Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the exchange of information and collaboration between IT and various departments inside the company as well as external IT service providers.
- Create, design, implement, and oversee policies and processes across all IT domains to guarantee data security, accuracy, and compliance with laws and regulations as well as standards.
- Establish, maintain, and guarantee the highest possible uptime for user support and IT systems.
- Practical knowledge of IT assistance, including installation and upkeep of gear and software.
- Support the office's IT infrastructure with an emphasis on the cloud server and internal servers.
- Maintain the network routing and switching, firewall, security, SAN storage, server virtualization, operating system upkeep, database administration, and end-point protections.
- Maintain resource planning, IT administration, and system/network appliances.
- To guarantee compliance with legal requirements and industry standards, business recovery, security risk and operational risk, project management, PDPA policy, documentation, and work procedure manual are all necessary.
- Check for anomalies every day on the Endpoint Detection Response/Database Activity Monitoring dashboard.
- Perform any other duties that the supervisor assigns you.
Job Requirement:
- Certificate or degree in computer science
- Two years of experience in an incident response, vulnerability management, security operation, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in various security areas, such as web, server, endpoint, and network security.
- Technical knowledge: An IT infrastructure engineer is responsible for network switches, servers, PCs, printers, and other equipment.
- Possess the ability to administer VLANs on both wired and wireless networks.
- Strong familiarity with industry best practices, technologies, and security principles.
- Knowledge of network traffic analysis, malware analysis, and log analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognise security situations fast, react to them, evaluate complicated security problems, and create workable solutions.
- Have a sense of teamwork; when needed, weekend assistance is requested.
- Possess fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.
