Key Responsibilities:
  • For the Company and related Companies, plan, develop, establish, and carry out all digital marketing campaigns and social efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing databases, and pertinent social media channels in accordance with marine marketing operations.
  • Oversee the corporate website's digital front end as well as its social media accounts and digital platforms.
  • Assist with the development, deployment, and administration of the social media networks.
  • Create effective communication plans and content to raise brand awareness.
  • Use content creation and design to convey a consistent brand message through all available channels of communication;
  • Revising marketing standards and handbooks.
  • Perform tasks with professionalism and efficiency, exercising tact, initiative, and confidence in achieving deadlines
  • Conduct competitive, industry, and market research for idea development and marketing; help with preparation

Requirements:

  • Proficient in communications & market research, great interest in marine & offshore industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing and reasonable understanding of brands
  • Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, Photoshop, WordPress, canva etc.)
  • Good digital communication skills (SEO, web traffic metrics and social media platforms)
  • Ability to generate new ideas with little if any inspiration.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • Reliable and responsible, committed and has the availability to work flexible hours dependent on requirement
  • Preferable min 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication, interpersonal & organization skills
  • Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
