Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales and logistics support:

  • To aid in the coordination of the sales team's work
  • Generating a task number and processing new sales orders from the ERP system
  • Overseeing the sales team's communication with the client by supplying the necessary data and information
  • Help with submitting a purchase request.
  • Keeping an eye on outstanding orders till the delivery is finished
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to set up delivery.
  • Communicate any export-related issues with the forwarder.
  • CIPL (shipping document preparation)
  • Setting up courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT)
  • Document filing and routine office tasks
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned
