Job Details:
- To guarantee that the sales quota is met and that sales revenue is contributed, carry out the complete selling process, which includes identifying customers through sales leads, referrals, cold calls, and other means, creating demand, and capturing orders by developing relationships and developing product solutions and specifications based on customers' needs.
- In order to guarantee compliance with Levels of Authority and other pertinent MIS rules, prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms, and verify all commercial conditions of offer and order of acceptance.
- Create or improve the presentation materials for your products, take part in customer sales meetings, make a sales pitch, determine the demands of the customer, and then professionally complete the deal by offering workable technical solutions.
- In order to ensure that the intended market and potential client bases are fully tapped and that a consistent stream of income is generated to achieve and maintain the profitability level, take part in marketing research, planning, and sales forecasting. This entails keeping a current record of the goods offered by rival companies, market activity, industry trends, consumer purchasing patterns, and the exchange of best practices among participants in sales meetings and conversations.
- To enable a smooth and efficient kick-off handover to the project department in a clear and timely way, make sure that each sales order's Project Specification Sheet (PSS) is completed accurately and on time. Setting up meetings for coordination between the clients and the accountable project engineer or engineers is part of this.
- Complete information and data in the ProlSO database and Project Management system to guarantee that project details are updated on a regular basis.
- Monitor, analyse, and share monthly sales data using the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) tool in your day-to-day job to help you meet your goals and plan new products and services.
- Periodically check the debtors' list, work with the finance department to guarantee fast invoicing, and, if necessary, follow up with customers on all past-due accounts to enable the timely collection and settlement of past-due debts.
- Establish and uphold long-term client happiness by paying regular visits to clients to assess how well supplied goods and services are performing.
- Collaborate with a project and/or service department representative to guarantee that projects are properly and completely handed over to clients, resolving any unresolved concerns at the time of handover.
- Make ensuring that guidelines and protocols in the QMS and EHS are adhered to and carried out in compliance with the specified requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in equipment sales or related field.
