Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and facilitate the sale of personal protective equipment (PPE) at a profit.
- Encourage sales to reach their targets for growth and income.
- Create prospects and leads, and assist the sales team in closing deals with clients.
- Contribute to the creation of creative and successful engagement and sales tactics.
- Educate sales and customer care representatives about the goods and/or services falling under their purview.
- Assemble, create, and deliver a product presentation to customers.
- Keep an eye on performance, take appropriate action, and work with sales on business reviews.
- Find possibilities for improvement and work with the Value Proposition team to put them into action.
- Effectively informs the Sales and CS team of the entire product and pricing strategy.
- It is your responsibility to work closely with sales to offer the supply chain with realistic sales estimates.
- To be an advocate for the Alcona product line in all market sectors and corporate divisions.
- Gain a thorough awareness of market trends and how the company's goods and services are positioned in relation to those of the competitors. This knowledge will be used to inform the sales and customer strategy as well as the development of new products and offerings.
- Maintaining constant knowledge of the product line and offering input on the most recent advancements in the industry.
- Proactively assist and collaborate with the CS and sales teams on their day-to-day contract management and sales tasks.
- To guarantee that greater customer opportunities are built in accordance with customer expectations and within acceptable commercial and risk criteria, support sales with these opportunities.
- Make sure everyone in the relevant region is aware of and supportive of the account growth plan.
- Engage with all stakeholders in an efficient manner.
- Develops and secures approval for an annual offer development plan that is in line with the company's strategy by working with leadership teams. It also outlines consumer expectations and forecasts and creates business cases for important projects or the launch of new products, making sure cross-functional integration is implemented as needed.
- Execute additional responsibilities as designated by your management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Strong grasp of pricing principles and techniques

- Strong analytical, judgmental, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiating abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Competent managers of stakeholders.
- Possesses a positive outlook and the ability to work autonomously.
- Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and produce high-quality work.
- Competent in both spoken and written English.
- Adept in using Microsoft Office programmes.
- More than five years of expertise in category/product management and international sales. An advantage will be prior experience in the PPE or safety industries.
