Job description:

  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
    Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process maturity
  • Facilitate Demand Management Review (DMR) preparation and meetings
    Ensure alignment between target and unconstrained demand plans
  • Facilitate gap-closing proposals
  • Oversee the approval/escalation process for integrated reconciliation among Commercial teams, Supply Planning, and Finance
  • Demand Planning: Demand Forecasting Leadership, Alignment with Business Plan, Data Management and Model Selection, Analysis and Continuous Improvement
  • Integration and Tool Implementation: Inventory and Supply Chain Optimization
  • Customer Service/ Customer Operations: Oversee and troubleshoot all aspects of customer service, ensuring quality improvements and addressing process and procedure issues.
  • Define and implement new processes for customer service representatives, aiming for efficiency improvements, and collaborate with Sales Managers for overall process enhancements.
  • Execute market-oriented and project-related activities to actively support business objectives, while supervising order processing and product distribution to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Science.
  • Preferably 5 years working experience in Demand Planning /Demand Management in an international environment.
  • APICS Certified will be an advantage
  • Analytical, can work independently & self-driven,
  • Adept at troubleshooting and possess excellent multitasking skills; and demonstrates effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective in prioritizing and coordinating different requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and solid end to end delivery.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and meaningful interactions.
  • Strong ability to operate with a highly diverse cultural customer / team groups and able to build and maintain strong relationships from a remote position.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Familiar with SAP will be a bonus.
