About the job Sales Manager (Marine Coating)
- Make sure that Key Accounts and projects are monitored and managed to meet sales goals and customer expectations
- Assist in creating customer account plans for each assigned customer by determining the pertinent needs of the customer and setting priorities for initiatives and business resources to meet those needs and uphold a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Keep a careful eye on deliveries, projects, and accounts with clients and contractors.
- Address issues, answer questions (both technical and business), and check painting progress to guarantee project completion on schedule and achieve optimal coating performance.
- Through frequent visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups, promote goods, services, and solutions to owners and consultants.
- Attend to inquiries and make sure the client is designated for the projects.
- Close observation and follow-up on the execution of agreed-upon action plans to guarantee that the goals for overall performance coatings will be accomplished.
- To guarantee that best practices are followed, develop and execute standard operating procedures, processing, and reporting.
- Creates and delivers proposals and presentations to attract new clients and/or boost profitability and sales turnover with current ones. As needed, works with others to help get orders for more significant projects.
- Takes part in sales meetings to create and gather data regarding sales targets, new goods, technical issues, industry expertise, etc.
