  • Sell replacement parts for diesel engines.
  • Get orders and inquiries to reach the sales goals.
  • Track the orders till the delivery is completed.
  • Get bids and quotes ready.
  • Examine cost estimates, tenders, and quotations.
  • Plan to make sure that bids and enquiries are accurately valued, quoted, and submitted in accordance with the specifications of the client's tender or inquiry.
  • Determine, evaluate, and control the risks associated with the orders or contracts.
  • Manage the anticipated primary sales.
  • Continue to provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Accountable for hitting sales goals and optimising the profit margin. Keep up with the most recent advancements in the product line, as well as industry news and trends, goods and services, rivals, and pertinent details regarding legacy, current, and emerging technology.
  • Assume accountability for leading conversations about the company's technical solutions in the customer and sales team settings in a way that builds trust with the clientele.
  • Develop strong working connections and get an understanding of sales strategy, account approach, and opportunity handling by closely collaborating with sales teams.
  • Regularly provide accurate reports and account information.
  • Assist in the growth of the company and sales teams by imparting specialised knowledge and skills through necessary coaching and training.
  • Arrange, oversee, and take part in trade events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research surveys with your clientele to get their opinions on follow-up strategies, after-sale quality, and sales and service tactics.
  • In charge of cross-diversification business reports and monthly business development reports.
  • Help create the yearly operating plan's budget, business plans, and goals, then carry them out to meet the targets.
  • Lead the trading team and exercise your signing authority in the manager's absence.
  • Any additional duties that a supervisor assigns.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Engineering
  • At least 2 years working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry
