About the job Customer Success Executive (Marine Logistics)
- Make ensuring that orders from customers are processed appropriately and on schedule.
- Make sure reports are turned in on time in accordance with the timetables set by the customers.
- Examine the underlying causes of operation incidents and service breakdowns and offer improvements to the management and CS managers.
- Maintain close communication with the customer to address any concerns pertaining to orders or shipments.
- Make that the cycle count sheet is kept correctly for audit trail purposes.
- Take accountability for resolving any anomalies in stock.
- Make that all invoices are completed on time, accurately, and with the required supporting documentation.
- Compile and calculate the KPI report for each month.
- Achieve and maintain a consistent KPI and, as needed, offer suggestions for improvement.
- Extra duties as directed by management
Requirements:
- Ideally a diploma in business administration or logistics
- Applicants without experience who possess relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Team player with a focus on customer service
- Product, system, and Microsoft Office expertise
