Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of month end closing and monthly schedules
  • Maintain proper accounting records
  • Prepare GST report and GST returns
  • Process payments in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaise with auditor for annual audit
  • Assist in daily operation task of accounts department
  • Provide administrative and accounting related support
  • Data entries into accounting system
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, with GST, AR/AP
  • Able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
