Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily purchasing operations from different divisions within the company.
  • Create purchase orders and buy requisitions for non-technical items.
  • Manage orders, guarantee prompt delivery, and establish delivery schedules
  • Verify, process, and ensure proper receipts in the BC system for all invoices.
  • Check the costs associated with freight, external launches, and local ports.
  • Organise the supply of freshwater and food.
  • Manage purchasing for internal launches.
  • Additional ad hoc tasks


Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a related or comparable industry
  • Positivity and the capacity to work both individually and together
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and scheduling abilities
