- The Business Development Manager will drive the business expansion in the designated territory by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities, with a focus on achieving steady annual revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Manage and adapt sales cycle policies and processes to fit the region's context.
- Contribute to the creation of the sales strategy by supporting the Business Development Lead in grasping country-specific business development activities. Help formulate growth strategies and plans tailored to the country.
- Lead ongoing improvement efforts within the department by implementing and advancing continuous improvement initiatives in the country. Work closely with team members to pinpoint areas for enhancement in policies, processes, or technological infrastructure.
- Manage daily operations by fostering professional relationships between potential customers. Oversee account managers' networking and communication efforts to ensure effective lead generation and customer development.
- Oversee and analyze departmental costs to ensure adherence to the budget. Responsible for reviewing, consolidating, forecasting, and presenting the department's annual budget.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record in a senior business development or sales role
