About the job Sales Manager (Marine Lab Testing)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of promoting the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market
- Responsible for planning and analyzing yearly budgets, monitoring expenditure
- Manage the entire sales quota of the company and ensure that the sales team meet the sale target by means of training and coaching
- In charge of exploring and developing new markets for the company, understand customers requirements and propose ideas to achieve the companys goals
- In charge of preparing reports related to analyzing and summarising market data and trends
- Implement new sales plan and advertising
- In charge of hiring new sales personnel
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and new clients by understanding their needs
- Keep abreast of the current industry by attending conferences and workshops, maintaining personal and professional networks
- Able to travel internationally
Requirements:
- Maritime Industry Background in Sales with minimum 7 to 10 years experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to present multiple product lines
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure
