Responsibilities:

  • In charge of promoting the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market
  • Responsible for planning and analyzing yearly budgets, monitoring expenditure
  • Manage the entire sales quota of the company and ensure that the sales team meet the sale target by means of training and coaching
  • In charge of exploring and developing new markets for the company, understand customers requirements and propose ideas to achieve the companys goals
  • In charge of preparing reports related to analyzing and summarising market data and trends
  • Implement new sales plan and advertising
  • In charge of hiring new sales personnel
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and new clients by understanding their needs
  • Keep abreast of the current industry by attending conferences and workshops, maintaining personal and professional networks
  • Able to travel internationally

Requirements:

  • Maritime Industry Background in Sales with minimum 7 to 10 years experience
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Strong closing skills
  • Ability to present multiple product lines
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
