  • Develop and recognize opportunities for automation solutions in campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will increase sales volume.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet your sales goals.
  • Effectively communicate value to consumers by adopting a solutions-selling approach.
  • Create, evaluate, and lead automation-related business opportunities from inception to conclusion.
  • Work with internal teams to assess and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Industrial Automation solutions market, major trends, the competitive landscape, and business use cases.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate solution proposals.
  • Monitor updates and requirements from industry, legal, and regulatory agencies to ascertain how they affect the company and evaluate any prospects.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Control, Instrument or Mechatronics is preferred
  • At least 5 years Sales experience with industrial automation projects
  • Self-motivated, with a hunting mentality and a track record of building and sustaining important client connections
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with passion and initiative
  • Competent, persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to operate both alone and in a team setting.
  • Strong background in industrial automation, IIoT, systems integration, and manufacturing operation management systems
  • Individuals with experience in selling and proposing different control systems, like PLC, SCADA, and DCS, can benefit further.
