Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create your own customer base and attract new clients.
- To collaborate with interested parties on RFQ involvement.
- Serve as the point of contact for consumers by coordinating closely with the necessary departments to make sure that their questions, concerns, and/or problems are addressed correctly and quickly.
- Participate in presentations and Key Performance Meetings, help with implementation, and produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Providing crucial care and attention to corporate clients in order to accomplish and beyond desired outcomes.
- Serve as the coordinator for new or assigned accounts both within and externally for all facets of business relationships.
- Create and carry out marketing, sales, and strategy plans to attract new clients.
- In charge of account expansion and development.
- If necessary, shipside cargo supervision.
- Additional tasks that the reporting manager has delegated.
