Job Description:
- To deliver the numbers, coordinate with the internal departments in charge of sales, marketing, and product. They must develop a go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee the whole sales process and give the executive team comprehensive pipeline visibility.
- Examine and determine how we might resolve the issues with client engagement and retention. Serve as a reliable resource for the main accounts about user engagement and retention matters.
- Establish and preserve C-Level connections with the designated Enterprise Accounts.
- Inform potential customers with market developments and creative fixes for the main problems facing the ecosystem.
- Analyse major developments in the logistics and supply chain sectors and spot new trends to influence product development in the future.
- Managing partners and assisting in lead generation
- In order to achieve the growth goals, collaborate with marketing colleagues to lead cross-functional, cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Keep an eye on the market actions of your competitors.
Job Requirements:
- Over a decade of expertise in enterprise business development and sales, either directly or indirectly in expanding high-growth B2B digital companies, or within the marine terminal, shipping, supply chain, logistics, and 3PL industries
- It is advantageous to have experience with shippers and/or general cargo yard management operations.
- Solid experience closing SaaS sales, including enterprise sales, and a track record of exceeding goals. Expertise in MarTech is advantageous.
- History of building profitable B2B inside sales teams
- Exceptional communication and presenting abilities
- Demonstration of closing business and growing productive inside sales teams

- Self-starter with the capacity for independent work.
- All-around hunter with the ability to find opportunities, seal deals, and grow a successful GTM plan in a sector that depends on relationships
