  • Create and cultivate new business prospects with prospective clients as your responsibilities
  • Assure the attainment of sales, operational, and business performance goals by collaborating closely with the operations, accounts, and sales teams
  • Every inconsistency must be quickly addressed or fixed.
  • Exceeding sales goals while adhering to company policies and the guidelines set forth by the sales management.
  • Engage with clients in discussions about contracts and prices.
  • Make and execute sales visits and calls.
  • As requested by the Country Manager, ad hoc job duties.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant sales experience in NVOCC or forwarding
  • Excellent written and speaking English skills
  • Critical analysis and original problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven and sales-focused, with a track record of maintaining and expanding accounts
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • 'Can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Possesses a strong desire to advance the company
