Responsibilities

  • Encourage profitable expansion of sales to current clients.
  • Find new clients and win over new business from current ones.
  • Create a sales pipeline to ensure steady sales growth.
  • Work together closely with Customer Services to ensure that existing accounts continue to grow and establish an account team approach.
  • Work in close coordination with the commercial team to ensure that customer deals generate profits.
  • Establish and accomplish challenging goals for your own customer portfolio in collaboration with the sales manager.
  • Verify that the data on your own accounts in Salesforce is correct and up to date.
  • Contract management: ensure that all terms, including credit, are met by accounts
  • Create sales strategies for your own clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to enhance sales and cultivate robust customer connections.
  • Safe multiple-level access points with individual accounts
  • Execute and monitor campaigns and offers
  • Oversee the entire NDT testing business, including preparing quotes, confirming NDT testing plans, and coordinating with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in international sales is preferred (shipyard and NDT experience are also preferred).
  • Knowledge gained from negotiating with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and possess a strong command of both written and spoken English; a track record of building and sustaining relationships with customers
  • Capable of working autonomously by organizing and planning one's own work Highly ambitious and driven by a business-oriented mindset Able to fulfill deadlines by effectively managing time and setting priorities
  • IT literate, having worked with MS Office, CRM systems, Excel, and other programs; extremely organized; capable of allocating priorities and managing time effectively.
