Job Description:

  • Inquire about goods for daily delivery from the warehouse.
  • Daily invoices for sales. Coordinate the delivery route with the outsourcing provider.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and forward them to the sales representative for further information.
  • Cultivate and preserve positive connections with potential and current customers while offering top-notch post-purchase support.
  • Administrative positions as needed for daily operations.
  • Carry out other tasks relevant to the job as designated.

Qualifications:

  • At least a GCE O'Level, professional certificate, NiTEC, or equivalent is required of the candidate.
  • Minimum of one to two years of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Positivity and an openness to new experiences.
  • Team player with the ability to operate autonomously, creatively, and calmly in a hectic setting.
