About the job Service Coordinator (Invoicing)
Job Description:
- Inquire about goods for daily delivery from the warehouse.
- Daily invoices for sales. Coordinate the delivery route with the outsourcing provider.
- Respond to sales inquiries and forward them to the sales representative for further information.
- Cultivate and preserve positive connections with potential and current customers while offering top-notch post-purchase support.
- Administrative positions as needed for daily operations.
- Carry out other tasks relevant to the job as designated.
Qualifications:
- At least a GCE O'Level, professional certificate, NiTEC, or equivalent is required of the candidate.
- Minimum of one to two years of administrative and customer service experience.
- Positivity and an openness to new experiences.
- Team player with the ability to operate autonomously, creatively, and calmly in a hectic setting.
