This role is a customer focused position that will support the sales team in achieving goals and business operations.
- Responding and assisting with customer inquiries via email or phone
- Keep sales records, customer databases, and relevant documents up to date. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to spot trends and opportunities.
- Use the CRM system to manage customer info, track interactions, and update sales data.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Collaborate with teams cross functionally to resolve issues and customer support
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in managing accounts or customer success roles
- Excellent communication skills
