This role is a customer focused position that will support the sales team in achieving goals and business operations.

  • Responding and assisting with customer inquiries via email or phone
  • Keep sales records, customer databases, and relevant documents up to date. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Use the CRM system to manage customer info, track interactions, and update sales data.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Collaborate with teams cross functionally to resolve issues and customer support
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing accounts or customer success roles
  • Excellent communication skills
