Job Details:
- Processes orders from customers, including unique and customised orders that might need more resources to deliver; monitors servicing activity delivery, making sure the right authorizations are obtained for further work and correct invoicing
- Make phone calls (or use another method) to designated clients in order to establish new connections and strengthen current ones. serves as the primary point of contact for addressing concerns and questions from clients regarding ongoing work
- As required, for local company, making sure that standard terms and prices are used in every instance
- Certificates on time and guarantees that all related systems are correctly updated to enable proactive notifications for the servicing business the following year.
- Responds to and effectively resolves complex or advanced issue escalations, obtaining managerial approvals as needed; collaborates with colleagues in finance to quickly handle any credit or billing issues to facilitate on-time money collection
- Outstanding customer service to promote ongoing use of goods and services
- Knowledge and comprehension of pertinent regulatory codes, codes of conduct, and policies and processes to guarantee that own job complies with those requirements. gets permission from a manager or supervisor before making any exceptions to the required process.
- Arranges for technicians to do installation, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with standard operating procedures, safety and quality standards, and each technician's degree of competence.
- The service delivery plan efficiently, making sure that the plan takes into account the resources (people and supplies) that are available. Actively looks for ways to encourage the planning process's regulated, ongoing improvement.
- Helps with stock take activities; works with store colleagues or keeps an eye on stock levels directly to make sure all scheduled work can be completed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Admin experience
- Ability to work overtime
