Roles & Responsibilities

  • Commercial development for The Company's product line, including defining and establishing commercial strategies through market research in both the domestic and international markets.
  • Create and implement all strategic sales programs to support corporate goals and sales performance targets.
  • Accountable for maximizing profit margins and fulfilling predetermined sales targets.
  • Create monthly/annual sales and forecast budgets, as well as sales proposals for customers.
  • Project management and department profit and loss responsibility Stay current on industry news and trends, goods, services, rivals, important information regarding legacy, existing, and developing technologies, and the most recent product-line advancements
  • Proactively lead, own, and take responsibility in the customer / sales team context for discussions on technical solutions proposed by the company in a way that builds credibility with its clients.
  • Planning of manpower and work schedules, mentoring and supervising technicians doing service jobs.
  • Inspect and install engines, stern tubes, and deck machinery on a range of boats.
  • Keep track of, manage, and order the stock inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to establish successful working relationships and to comprehend sales strategy and approach to accounts and possibilities.
  • On a regular basis, provide accurate account information/reports to the Managing Director in accordance with the agreed-upon function reporting method.
  • Organizational and sales team development through the exchange of expert skills and information via training and coaching as needed.
  • Deliver sales presentations and technical discussions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, contract negotiations, and customer quotations.
  • Manage and develop relationships with potential and current customers.
  • Planned, coordinated, and participated in numerous exhibitions / tradeshows.
  • Employee well-being, direction, discipline, and performance. Furthermore, that department strictly adheres to all legal and company laws and regulations.
  • The health and safety of department employees, subcontractors, and other employees as they work on department jobs or are assigned to other departments.
  • Ensuring that the department adheres properly to the ISO management system.
  • To meet the EHS requirements of all stakeholders and interested parties.
  • Any other tasks that management may assign.

Requirements:

  • At least Degree/Diploma in Engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry
