HR cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Talent acquisition, On-boarding/Off-boarding admin duties such as candidate screening, scheduling interviews, letter preparation, orientation, work pass applications and cancellations.
- Prepare and coordinate worker's work permit application / renewal / cancellation
- Responsible for up-to-date employee data record
- Perform full set monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits admin duties such as staff leave administration and medical claims
- Assist in Training and development activities.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents, preparation of policy documents, sorting of claims documents, updating and distribution
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in related field
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn
- Good time management
- Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
- 1 - 2 years of working experience.
