Responsibilities & Duties

  • Customer Inquiries: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, coordinating their service requests.
  • Information Provision: Supply information regarding accounts, products, and services, ensuring customer interaction.
  • Sales Generation: Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Fulfillment Issues: Communicate with customers to address any discrepancies in service fulfillment.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints related to billing or services provided.
  • Customer Questions: Answer customer queries about the company's services, products, and maintenance procedures.
  • Service Coordination: Ensure efficient customer service by coordinating their needs with relevant departments.
  • Engineer Allocation: Plan and assign service engineers to jobs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Purchasing: Handle purchasing tasks based on customer inquiries, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Vessel Monitoring: Continuously monitor assigned vessels.
  • Onboard Engineer Care: Ensure engineers are well-managed and supported during onboard jobs.
  • Spare Parts Approval: Obtain customer approval for any spare parts used by engineers.
  • Job Finalization: Take responsibility for completing jobs and providing detailed reports once engineers finish their tasks.
