  • Primary point of contact for managing work schedules, job assignments, and customer coordination for regional Field Service and Repair jobs with subsidies and customers
  • Support the system's allocation, reservation, assignment, and coordination of labor and workshop capacity. Review on a regular basis and maintain current allocation.
  • Monitor important performance indicators and make sure that reports and related paperwork are submitted on time when the job is finished.
  • Examine the service engineer's timesheet and expenses in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Support service engineer for international travel, including reservations for flights and lodging.
  • In accordance with ISO standards, prepare reports and keep accurate records, documentation, and project files.
  • Work together with the customer's logistics team to make sure the necessary parts are available when the project is being completed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
