Job Description:

  • Establish and preserve solid connections with important customers in the government and education sectors.
  • Act as the principal liaison for designated accounts, guaranteeing elevated levels of customer contentment.
  • Recognise the demands of your clients and create unique event solutions.
  • Arrange and oversee whole events, such as incentive travel, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Organise with stakeholders, outside vendors, and internal teams to guarantee a smooth event implementation.
  • Effectively oversee event budgets, schedules, and resources to guarantee timely and cost-effective completion of all initiatives.
  • Find and seize new business possibilities in the government and education sectors.
  • Create and deliver proposals, showcasing creative ideas to entice new customers.
  • Work together with the marketing and sales teams to create plans that increase portfolio growth and improve customer engagement.
  • To ensure that clients receive high-quality services at affordable prices, cultivate and maintain connections with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage the transportation, location, and event setup logistics.
  • Verify that every event complies with industry and regulatory requirements, especially for government accounts.
  • Write reports on the event, offering analysis and suggestions for advancements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a similar discipline.
  • At least five years of related experience, primarily in government account management and education management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning extensive gatherings, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements and official procedures.
