Job Description:
- Establish and preserve solid connections with important customers in the government and education sectors.
- Act as the principal liaison for designated accounts, guaranteeing elevated levels of customer contentment.
- Recognise the demands of your clients and create unique event solutions.
- Arrange and oversee whole events, such as incentive travel, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Organise with stakeholders, outside vendors, and internal teams to guarantee a smooth event implementation.
- Effectively oversee event budgets, schedules, and resources to guarantee timely and cost-effective completion of all initiatives.
- Find and seize new business possibilities in the government and education sectors.
- Create and deliver proposals, showcasing creative ideas to entice new customers.
- Work together with the marketing and sales teams to create plans that increase portfolio growth and improve customer engagement.
- To ensure that clients receive high-quality services at affordable prices, cultivate and maintain connections with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage the transportation, location, and event setup logistics.
- Verify that every event complies with industry and regulatory requirements, especially for government accounts.
- Write reports on the event, offering analysis and suggestions for advancements.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a similar discipline.
- At least five years of related experience, primarily in government account management and education management.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning extensive gatherings, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements and official procedures.
