Key Responsibilities:

- In order to drive OKRs and overperformance, data-driven decision making from structured reporting and forecasting is essential. Salesforce and MI experience is also required. Promoting sales hygiene is essential.

Qualifications:
- Culturally aware and having experience leading teams across borders in a company with a worldwide clientele
- Expert grasp of a successful repeatable value-based sales process e.g. Miller Heiman, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc. demonstrated ability to successfully integrate this across several organisations
- Experience gained from working for a fast-growing company with a track record of annual growth of at least 20%
- Expertise working closely with the Customer Success Team to maintain current business at a 95% retention rate
- Freedom to travel. It is expected that travel will be necessary to improve performance because the area has several offices and national managers.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, seasoned presentation abilities, and exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency
