Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales activities, such as prospecting and creating prospects, with major or important accounts.
- Make sure the pipeline is accurate by using data, not guesswork. It will be your responsibility to surpass quarterly and annual goals.
- Using networking, find new sales prospects and establish lasting relationships.
- Create and implement aggressive sales strategies that are specific to your target market. To expand into new markets and industry verticals, think creatively and beyond the box.
- With effective account management practices, make sure products are successfully rolled out and used.
- Participate in the root cause analysis of victories and defeats and share the lessons discovered with other teams.
- Offer expert post-purchase assistance to optimise client retention
- Increase your understanding of the market and the company's competitive position.
Job Requirements:
- Building a C-suite network in the maritime sector
- Demonstrated success in closing big software deals with transportation businesses for more over $1 million
- You have prior expertise in sales and service, and you can forge meaningful connections and involve stakeholders.
- Along with having strong B2B sales and account management expertise, you are tech-savvy and data-driven.
- You must be accustomed to negotiating with executive/C-level stakeholders and have at least 15 years of experience working as a high-performing Senior Account Executive who routinely exceeds expectations and produces remarkable results for major enterprise businesses.
- Setbacks and rejections only strengthen your will to achieve. You don't give up in the face of difficulties and are unwavering in your quest of achievement.
- You have a strategic approach and excellent analytical abilities.
