• See clients on a regular basis in order to foster and grow relationships
• Gain a thorough understanding of client businesses, their sector, their operations, and the atmosphere and culture at work
• Posting job openings on websites and other social media platforms in an effort to draw applicants
• Cultivate connections with employers and candidates
• Use a comprehensive candidate database, LinkedIn, and other sources to find, identify, and contact qualified candidates.
• Oversee interviews, evaluate applications from applicants, and compile short lists of potential candidates for the clients
• Schedule candidate interviews with the client, notify candidates of the outcome of their interviews, and provide feedback to the client
• Finalize agreements between clients and candidates, including pay and conditions
• Provide candidates and clients with guidance on salary scales, training programs, and career advancement in your niche market
