Main tasks:
- Oversee contract and pricing discussions with service providers, office suppliers, etc.
- Communicate with providers of cleaning, catering, and security services as part of facility management.
- Establishes plans, budgets, and metrics for results; distributes resources; evaluates progress; and makes mid-course adjustments in tandem with corporate management to achieve subsidiary goals.
- Give corporate management your thoughts on HR-related matters.
- Enhance the company's reputation by working with the government, workers, and consumers and by upholding moral corporate conduct.
- Take good care of the company's reputation in the market and its brand.
- Keep procedures up to date with business standards and efficient.
- Continue to be cost-conscious for the community
- Promote sales and services in the area.
Requirements:
- Worked in B2B sales as a commercial, ideally with further expertise in services.
- An advantage would be prior experience and contacts in the marine sector.
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
- You are gregarious, adaptable, and focused on your objectives.
- You possess a can-do attitude and are able to work autonomously.
- You are practical, active, and have a strong sense of duty.
